GETTING STARTED



The only way to find out if CrossFit is for you, is to try it!

Although we use a variety of movements and non-standard equipment...and a lot of what we do is fairly technical, we feel it's most important for you to get a feel for the vibe and atmosphere in a class. 

For this reason, we invite you to come and attend a FREE class!

If you enjoy your free class, you can sign up for a one month trial period to try us out before committing to a 3 or 6 month contract.

The equipment we use is not like any you will find in a conventional gym. It’s important to learn how to handle it correctly in order to ensure you get the best results during your workout.

We take injury prevention very seriously and it’s of paramount importance that all members learn the correct technique, form, movements and workout terminology.

Please also let us know of any pre-existing  injuries or ‘niggles’ you may have before starting so we can make sure we address them during class.

Our coaches are always happy to offer alternative exercises or movements to accomodate any limitations you may have.


 



We generally have 2 x coaches in most classes and they are able to give you the additional attention you may need as a beginner.

At the end of the day, we believe the best way to learn is through practise.....whilst under the supervision of a competent coach.
